Yeovil Showground is situated just south of Yeovil on the main road to Dorchester. The Showground has been part of Yeovil's rich event scene for many years and is owned by a small local charity.

I have been part of the team looking after the Showground since 2018. I help the team of directors with the day to day running of the showground which includes

 

• taking bookings from events for the use of the venue

• ensuring facilities are ready for events

• handing over the site to clients and doing the checks when the site is taken back.

• dealing with hire contracts and issuing invoices

• managing the showground diary

• updating the website and social media
