TRI UK started as a family run business with some ground breaking ideas and ended up as the largest triathlon store in the country. Now they have stores across the UK and are still growing.
I have a long standing history with TRI UK but in 2018 they called upon my knowledge and skills in Project Management to oversea the opening of their new stores.
I was very humbled to be asked and enjoyed the challenge of project managing the new store opening, from shop floor design to stock procurement. Working both remotely and in their Yeovil store alongside their full time staff I had to manage suppliers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines were met.
