The Community Youth Project (CYP) was set up after the demise of the County Youth Services. A number of communities who were faced with the challenge of keeping their youth provision operating. They banded together and set up the CYP as a charity to run youth services in their towns and villages.

This role is very diverse, with such a small charity I'm lucky enough to get hands on experience in payroll, finances, budgets and HR. 

 

I have been working with this charity since 2015 as the Project Administrator. I work 10 hours per week running all the behind the scenes admin and HR.
