Making things happen
I've always been the 'organised' one in my family.
From an early age my talent and passion for organising things was apparent and this has led me down an interesting and varied career path.
Alice Edmonds
Founder and Director
A Perfectionist on every level
After completing a HND in Leisure and Recreation Management I moved onto University Wales Institute Cardiff (now Cardiff Met) to study for a degree in Event Management.
After graduating I soon found a job in the event office at IRONMAN UK. This is where my true talent for event organising was nurtured and flourished.
Over the next three years, I saw my responsibilities within the company increase, from basic office admin to logistical coordination and liaising with the various councils and stakeholders.
I have worked on various projects and events over the years including a weekend to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of Exercise Tiger. 2,500 guests attended the three day event including the United States of America's ambassador to the UK.
I've worked on many charity lunches and dinners with guest speakers such as Lord Julian Fellows, a trip to India for 15 people and helped publish a book.

Work hard,
play hard
I love what I do and do what I love in my spare time.
Outside of work my passions include horse riding, playing rugby and keeping fit.
I have 3 horses, have captained my county rugby team and enjoy time in my garden and volunteering.
I'm a great believer in 'you get out of life what you put in' and I love meeting new people and getting involved with projects and events.
